We begin by acknowledging the fact that words are important and in order to be truly effective, we need to be a catalyst for changing the way Providers, Payers and Consumers view and refer to what is commonly known as - Healthcare.

We take a Patient-Centered approach to Population Health and Health Care - Health Plan Integration that focuses on: 


  • the importance of supporting the industry's transition from a Volume-Based, Fee-for-Service system of care and reimbursement to Value-Based Health Care with a complementary focus on Value-Based Insurance Design (VBID);


  • our having a foundational role in improving the level of Health Care Consumerism of our clients with an emphasis on providing increased patient and family education, engagement and empowerment.  We help navigate the complexities of the system, not only the point of claim but also prior to the annual health plan Open Enrollment election;


  • Wellness, Care Coordination and the Patient Experience of Care as key contributors to an ultimate improvement in clinical outcomes that result in lower health care and disability costs;


  • appropriate methods for employers and employees to fund health care expenses, keeping in mind that generally speaking:
